1. How do I use a coupon code?
    • A coupon code is a discount code for buying items on the site. Upon receipt of the code you will receive the percentage discount, which you can type in when ordering on the site and the price will be updated accordingly. A coupon code is valid for 30 days from receipt unless otherwise noted. If you have difficulty entering the code, please contact customer service.
  2. What are the payment methods on the site?
    • You can pay for Visa as a Credit Card, National Visa, MasterCard, Isracard, and American Express. Another option is through PayPal. 
  3. Is my credit information kept in the system?
    • The credit card details of customers who perform site operations are not stored in the system. The site clearing is done through CREDITGUARD, a certified and secure company (PCI Compliant), to ensure our customers a safe purchasing site.
  4. Is this website secure?
    • Yes, this website is secure and uses SSL protocol - that is, all communication between your browser and the site (the web server that stores the pages) is encrypted - so that the information transmitted between the browser and the site cannot be decoded. The site complies with the most stringent security standards, so you are assured that the buying process is done in the most secure and confidential way.
  5. The item I really want is no longer in stock. What should I do?
    • We make every effort to return favorite items that are out of stock. So, we recommend you go to the item in question, select the color and size, and click on the update button that appears on the screen and allows you to sign up for an update. When the item returns to the site, you will receive a personalized email from us stating that the item has returned and you can order it. Or you can contact our customer service.
  6. What are your business days?
    • Our business days are weekdays, but does not include Fridays, Saturdays, Holiday evenings, and Deadlines.
  7. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
    • Depending on which shipping method you chose:
      • Express delivery to home: The package will be delivered to the courier company within 3-4 days and the courier will arrive at your home within three business days. Pay attention! To streamline shipping, we recommend that you select the shipping address where you are most of the day, such as your workplace. The courier will contact you in advance to coordinate the delivery. (If your place of residence is in a remote location - Eilat, the Arava communities, beyond the Green Line, the Golan Heights etc. - there may be delays in getting the envoy to you. We will not be able to commit for up to three business days as in the rest of the country).
      • Shipping by registered mail - Israel Post: The package will arrive at your nearest branch for up to 14 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number to track the parcel on the Israel Post site.
      • Pickup from Tel Aviv: The package will arrive at our office in Tel Aviv within two days of ordering. As mentioned before, arrival must be arranged through customer service.
  1. How do I use the virtual TRY_ON?
    • We have developed an innovative measurement component that will allow you to measure any item on site using a 3D character. All you have to do is pick a item and click the 3D Measurement icon. This will open a 3D pane with the selected items on the screen. You should now enter your measurements: height, pelvic circumference, and your body selection. If you measure a bra, you can also choose the chest structure and enter the size of the bra. The character changes in real time depending on how you connect. You can rotate it and see what the item looks like on your 360-degree physique and increase/decrease the figure. You can only enter the measurements once and continue to measure additional items on the site. And of course, save your dimensions for future references by registering.
  2. I no longer wish to receive your newsletter, what should I do?
    • If you have received a newsletter and do not wish to receive further emails, you will find at the bottom of the email the option to remove yourself by clicking "Remove from the newsletter list".
  3. How can I sign up for your newsletter?
    • At the bottom of the site there is a line titled "Join the party" where you can enter your email address and click "OK". When registering, you will receive an email with a coupon of 10% off your first purchase.     • The size chart is on every product page and helps you with selecting the appropriate size for you based on your pelvis circumference. All you have to do is take a measuring tape, stand with your habits and surround the film around the widest place in the basin.
  5. What happens if my body structure has changed and I want to change the dimensions?
    • No problem! Just for that, we developed the measurement component. You are invited to change the dimensions you entered at any time and to see in real time how the character changes and which body structure you are most comfortable with.
    • Is it possible to measure 3D on my mobile device?
    • Yes! We have developed a special interface that will also measure on your mobile device so you can measure your favorite items from anywhere at any time! All you have to do is pick the item you would like to “try on” and click on the 3D Measurement icon, then open a mobile-optimized pane, and enter your measurements step-by-step in a convenient and friendly way.
  6. I placed an order and I want to change the shipping method or change/cancel my order
    • If your order has not yet been delivered from our warehouses to the courier company or to the Israel Post Office, you can contact customer service: Sunday-Thursday from 9:00 to 20:00 and Friday-Saturday from 19:00 to 22:00 at 052-5322393 or a direct chat to WhatsApp at that number. After these hours, you can send us an email and we will contact you by phone (info@infime.co.il.).
  7. I placed an order and I would like to add more items to my order. Can I do that and if so, how?
    • If the order has been placed and within the next 48 hours you would like to add items and have not yet been sent an e-mail that your package has been shipped, you can place another order and choose a "self-collection" delivery method and we will unite among the orders. You should contact customer service to confirm the order consolidation.
  8. I did not receive a confirmation email. What does this mean?
    • If you have not received an email with your order confirmation within 48 hours, please send an email to customer service and we will address the issue. If the order is not accepted for any reason, customer service will contact you.
  9. How do I know my purchase was successful?
    • At the end of the shopping process, you will be taken to a "thank you" page that marks the end of the process. An automatic confirmation will be sent directly to your email. Once we check that the items are in stock, that the payment was successful, and we have all the details to send it out, we will send you an email with the message "Your order has been received successfully!". You can then check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
  10. Do I need to open an account to make a purchase?
    • You are invited to shop on our site without registering or opening an account. You can sign up for our site at any time and log off whenever you want. If you have previously registered, all you have to do is click the "login" option at the top of the website.

    • Your list of favorites allows you mark items you like and want to buy in the future, which can be easily added to your shopping cart. To add an item to your favorites list, click the heart-shaped icon on the product side. You can see the list itself by clicking on the heart icon in the top row of the site.
  14. How do I search for an item on site?
    • If you want to search for an item by name or segment, you will find on the right-hand side of the category bar on the homepage a glass-shaped scroll icon. Click on it and you can enter the text that you would like to search.
  15. How do I place an order on your site?
    • All you have to do is go to the site, choose items from the different collections, on the product page you have to choose the right size for you, color, and quantity of items from the same item. Then click "Add to Cart" and go to the checkout. On the checkout page, fill in the details and address for the package delivery. At the end of the personal information column, you can easily sign up for the site by entering your email address and password. Then select the desired shipping method and move to the payment method column. Enter your credit or PayPal details and that's it! The package is on its way and we will update you if the payment has been successful, and when it will go in your direction.
